14-day returns
You can return an item within 14 days of the day it was delivered. If 14 days have passed since delivery, we can't offer a refund or exchange.
What can be returned
Items must be unworn and unwashed, in the condition you received them, with any tags and original packaging. Please include your order number or proof of purchase.
How to start a return
Contact us through our contact page with your order number before sending anything back. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.
Damaged, faulty or wrong items
Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you.
Return shipping
You pay the cost of shipping a return back to us, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or wrong. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we'll let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card company may take up to 10 business days to show it.
