What is your return policy?

You can return unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery. Contact us first and we'll send you the return address. Read the full returns and refunds policy.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout, before you pay. Our sweaters ship straight from the suppliers who make them, so an order with several styles may arrive in more than one package.

Will my order arrive by Christmas?

Order as early as you can. Holiday shipping slows down in December, so we recommend ordering by early December.

How do I choose a size?

Check the size details on each product page before you order, because fits differ between styles. Not sure? Send us a message and we'll help.

How can I pay?

We accept major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Checkout is encrypted and handled by Shopify.
